Deputy President launches a Government programme on registration of fire arms in Turkana

Deputy president william ruto Tuesday 29^th July 2015 launched a government programme on registration of fire arms across the country. It’s meant to monitor all registered fire arms held by individuals in a bid to stop cattle rustling in the northern sides of Kenya. During the occasion in Turkana 53 fire arms were registered.

The occasion made Deputy President to show his skills on how he would handle a riffle.  I also decided to randomly pick a recent photo of Sonu Chairman Babu Owino holding a fire arm and compare who held it well.
