Kirinyaga Governor Accused of Paying 2 Million to Open Facebook Account

Kirinyaga County governor Joseph Kirunyu Ndathi is currently being accused of flashing a ransom of Ksh 2million to an unknown 'contractor' to open him a facebook page for his county.
