Citizen TV's Julie Gichuru Jets out of the country after hosting her final Sunday live show
The popular TV personality Julie Gichuru has left the country after hosting the final Sunday Live show on Citizen TV.
She was seen leaving the premises in a rush after the show was over.
A post on her Twitter page indicates that she boarded a flight at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport:

Julie bade her fans
goodbye during the final show where she hosted Safaricom
chief executive Bob Collymore and James Macharia, cabinet secretary
for health.“Blessings to Anne Kiguta as she takes Sunday Live to the next level. Do pray for me & my team as we work on something new just for you,” she said on Twitter.This comes just days after President Uhuru Kenyatta appointed Julie to the Brand Kenya board.
She was named alongside fellow media personalities Caroline Mutoko (Radio Africa Group) and Farida Karonei (Royal Media Services) to be board members of the Kenya Institute of Mass Communication (KIMC).The popular TV presenter also made headlines during US President Barack Obama’s visit when she welcomed him to the podium with ululation.
