Drama in court as part bhang which was part of evidence in a case was missing
There was drama in a Kwale court when police said that rats invaded their station and fed on several rolls of bhang which were part of 1,710 rolls that had been kept as evidence against a case.
Surprisingly
though, police failed to prove to the resident magistrate how the
rats made away with the rolls without puncturing holes in any of the
suitcase that were carrying the bhang.
It
all started when three police constables were testifying in a case
four women were nabbed ferrying the bhang from Migori to Ukunda,
Kwale County.

A

officers to task to explain why the quantity of the bhang had
reduced.
