Mugo wa wairimu the man being accused of sedating and raping his patients was released on a Ksh 5Milllion bond with a surety of a similar amount with an alternative of sh 1 million cash bail.
Mugo was arrested a month ago after he was exposed by Citizen Television after a video of him 'raping' a patient in his hospital bed went viral.
Mugo has been warned against contacting any witness in the case against him in which the case bond will be canceled should he disobey the order. His case will be mentioned on 19th Oct and will be heard on 23rd November 2015.
