Police Officer Guarding Gulf Bank Gunned Down By Suspected Thugs
Bondeni residents in Mombasa county are still in a rude shock following the death of a police officer who was shot dead on Friday, October 2.
According to Martin Asin, the OCPD of Mombasa confirmed the incident. He revealed that the police officer was killed by three criminals who ambushed him while he was in line of duty at the the Gulf African Bank based in Bondeni.

The assailants then vanished with the loaded gun leaving the security officer to bleed to death.
“Their intention was not to steal any money from the bank since they took off after the murder incident,”Asin is quoted by the Star.
Asin added: “The first time they attempted to kill him was two months ago but they did not succeed. This time round they have finished him off.”
