 This is a sarcastic. It is just days after the big drop of fuel prices yet this is happening?

This range Rover driver was spotted asking for help to push the car to the nearest filling station after the fuel guzzler run dry. A person passing nearby could not hesitate failing to take this photo. I understand that cars should now be cheap to maintain due to this first step of fuel dropping to a low price seen many years ago. I wonder if this guy wanted first to exhaust the expensive fuel first.
