GK vehicle spotted at UON ladies hostels at night.

This GK vehicle was on Saturday spotted at the University of Nairobi ladies hostel at around 9PM and it has led to many unanswered questions. The picture has been of the vehicle has been making rounds on social media since yesterday. Whoever had it at the moment should at least try to keep off government assets away from his/her private business.
