VIEW PHOTS OF STAMPEDE THAT HAPPENED AT KENYATTA UNIVERSITY POST MODERN LIBRARY AFTER RUMOURS SPREAD THAT THERE WAS AN ALSHABAAB THREAT.
It was a quiet evening around 5pm when the KU students were
busy doing their studies in the library then there came a wave of distraction.
It all started with a little commotion in the basement and the students said
that they heard some tremor and the rumor spread to the other five floors that
there will be an alshabaab attack and everyone took to their heels others
jumping from windows and others breaking glasses forcing their way out. This
caused several injuries.
The administration later cooled down the situation through
an internal memo. Some sources say that the commotion heard was between a
security agent and a student in the basement.
