Breath taking photos as the hunter becomes the hunted

Life is a cycle and it at times happens in the jungle where the hunter becomes the hunted. Charles Comyn a 63 year old ex-army official was touring the stunning maasai mara reserve in Kenya along with his wife when he came across the incredible scene and took some photos.

I think this lion tried to creep to target one of the buffalos that were grazing around but too bad that it couldn't have managed alone and it ended up to be the prey. Despite retreating to the unusual safety zone the danger wasn't quite over as the buffalo prone trampling- gathering under the tree to wait for the lion to fall
