Musalia Mudavadi caught on camera addressing a crowd when drunk (video)

Over the weekend Musalia Mudavadi hooked up with former prime minister Raila Odinga and James Orengo at a joint and decided to enjoy a few rounds of drinks. They then made a mistake of addressing a crowd that was nearby after the drinks and the former presidential candidate could barely hold up his mic.

The scene became more of entertainment and people could not resist from taking pictures and videos.
