Policeman killed by unknown assailants on his way to work.
A police officer was on Monday morning attacked and shot
dead by unknown assailants as he was heading to work at about 6a.m. He was
heading to his station in Dagoretti before he Was attacked and murdered. The
officer’s body was found in a pool of blood along kagundo road next to
residential apartments. Acording to Buruburu OCPD Charles Kerich, the
assailants robbed the officer an unknown sum of money and a laptop.
In another incident the body of an unidentified woman was on
Monday found in Tena estate near rockfields rocket school. The police collected
the body which had deep wounds and took it to the city mortuary
