Tout who killed a passanger after requesting for sh100 change.

             

   David Mbeti a tout was found guilty for the death of Antoninus Odhiambo on January 8^th 2011 after Odhiambo claimed his ksh 100 change back. David Mbeti the tout was give ksh 200 by Odhiambo for a fare of sh 40 and he gave back sh 60 instead of sh 160. Odhiambo claimed his change back and the tout punched him on the head and later used a screw driver to stab Odhiambo.

Last Thursday the court argued that the force David Mbeti used was intended to kill. David Mbeti was therefore sentenced to death for killing Odhiambo.
