REVEALED: This Is Why Deputy President William Ruto Adopted An Orphan From Ukambani

Deputy President William Ruto has adopted an orphan from Machakos in honour of his mother and for his compassion for the less fortunate in society.
The DP, who named the orphan after his mother, Nadia Cherono said it was the responsibility of every Kenyan to take care of the less fortunate in society.

I’ve named her Cherono after my mother and made her part of my family,” DP Ruto as quoted in the Daily Nation.
Ruto, who was speaking at the launch of a sustainability fund for the Madre Ippolita children’s home in Ndithini, Machakos county on Wednesday September 23, 2015, urged teachers to call off the strike for the sake of the children who are the future of the nation.
We can campaign for whatever we want but the bottom line is we must put the interests of the nation before our individual requirements,” the DP as quoted in The Star.
