Campus student found locked up in a coffin after going missing for 2 weeks.

A 21 year old student from Moi University Kitale Campus has been rescued after reportedly going missing for two weeks without traces of his whereabouts. The 21 year old student by the name Ivan Jack Otieno was found locked in a coffin. He narrates and says that he had been kidnapped by a stranger who had approached him in school claiming to seek assistance from him.

The abductor is said to have been asking for a ransom of Ksh 8,000,000 from Jack’s mother and was threatening to kill him.  He was found on Tuesday and he was happy to reunite with his family members after a Good Samaritan with the aid of a policeman directed them to the place where he was being held hostage by the kidnapper.
