Policeman arrested for raping a 16 year old girl
A police
officer has been arrested for allegedly raping a 16 year old girl who works as
a house help for a colleague in Garbatullah police station Isiolo County.
According to
reports, Peter Maina raped the girl early Tuesday Morning while his colleague
was away at work. The girl claimed she could not raise alarm as she feared the
constable could be armed with a gun and shoot her.
However she
immediately reported the incident at the police station and the constable was
arrested and will be arraigned in court on Wednesday.
