Dead lawyer's relatives die in a tragic road accident

Three relatives of a lawyer who was found dead in a swimming pool at a Mombasa hotel lost their lives after a car they were traveling in was involved in a tragic road accident on Tuesday night along the Nakuru Eldoret Highway.
The accident victims were the lawyer's cousin, his wife and their three year old daughter.

They were traveling to Nairobi from siaya where they had attended the burial of Geoffry Orario before the tragic accident occurred.  Police reports have it that Mr Patric ochieng and his wife Ms Rose Akoth died on the spot while their daughter was pronounced dead on arrival at the Rift Valley General Hospital.

According to Rift Valley Provincial Traffic Enforcement officer Mary Omari, the vehicle that was carrying the late lawyer's family collided head-on with a bus which was ferrying passengers to Eldoret. The incident occurred at around 12:30 a.m. There were no casualties reported among the passengers in the bus.
