Billionaire Steve Mbogo makes NTV's Janet Kanini break down to tears in public(Photos)
Tears flowed freely on
renowned TV Presenter Janet Kanini Ikua’s cheeks as she received a
huge sum of money contributed by city multi-millionaire Steve Mbogo.
The super rich business man was among hundreds of local celebs, family, friends and fans of Janet who attended the much publicized #IStandWithJanet Concert that was held to raise funds for the TV presenter’s medical treatment.
Janet, who recently shocked many Kenyans after she revealed that she had been diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer and was undergoing treatment in India, seemed overwhelmed by the large crowd that had turned up at the carnivore grounds and when the multi millionaire was called on stage to present his contribution, Janet could no longer hold back her tears.
Janet’s fundraiser, which was hosted by comedy king, Churchill was a success as millions were raised in aid of the NTV employee.
Earlier on Janet and her Husband had disclosed that part of the contribution raised on Sunday will be used to help children with cancer admitted at the Kenyatta National Hospital.
