TIGONI SHOULD NOT CALL THIS AN AMBULANCE.

Many hospitals in Kenya should take health issues more serious the way they are supposed to be. Many hospitals are short of operating equipment yet no action is being taken to improve the situation.  Kenya’s population is increasing rapidly day by day and it leaves the county governments with collaboration with the government to make adverse steps to improve services in public health centers in order to make sure that the citizens’ right to good health is not abused.
All hospitals both private and public should bear the proper equipment to cater for their patients. Many poor managed hospitals hide behind lame excuses that the equipments are expensive but when you dig deep to the history of their operations you will get that 60% of the funds made by the hospital are usually mismanaged. This sometimes irritates someone when you have gone to an expensive hospital yet you did not the appropriate service that you required. Others go to an extend of having expired medicine.
Thanks to our first lady Margret Kenyatta who has taken a good initiative and organize a run to raise funds for funding some hospitals in order to improve on their services and improve proper health care in the country.
When it comes to ambulances this is also a serious issue that hospitals should look at very much. An ambulance should similarly resemble a hospital bed and have equipments  that can be able to cater for critical emergencies. You find that in a road accident people get hurt and they loose a lot of blood through the deep cuts in the body and require quick medical attention. Now look at this Tigoni hospital ambulance. DOES IT SURELY QUALIFY TO BE CALLED AN AMBULANCE? Can it carry a heavy bleeding person to the hospital?  If it is used for carrying dead persons from an accident to the mortuary then there we can give them a big OK but not for carrying patients.
An ambulance should be like this

This is what we refer to as an ambulance

But this is not an ambulance
