WIFE ORDERED TO RETURN DOWERY AND COLLAGE FEES AFTER DEVORCE

This week a woman was ordered by a kisii court to pay her ex-husband an amount totaling to KSH 205000 which includes part of the collage fee he paid for her and also part of the bride price he paid which was (KSH 120000) The amount when the amounts were divided the court came to a conclusion that the woman to pay the man KSH209000

This happened after a divorce and the man sued the woman for unfaithfulness in marriage. I wonder since when did women start giving back the bride price after divorce.
