Cause of Murimi wakahalf's death revealed

Kikuyu musician Murimi wa Kahalf died on Thursday evening after a long illness
that saw him admitted in hospital for a month.
The singer,
remembered for his “Ino ni Momo” hit that received countrywide airplay,
was battling a yet to be disclosed illness.
His friends
in early May organised a fundraiser and called for fans to contribute via
Paybill to enable them offset his hospital bill that they said had increased
significantly.

Women Representative Sabina Chege confirmed that the singer’s family had indeed
lost their celebrity son.
