Man gets disqualified from KDF recruitment for failing to urinate
A young Man in Kwale County was disqualified in the KDF recruitment exercise after he failed to pass urine during the last test. The Man had qualified all other verification stages but there was a test required by the doctor to test his urine. The Man by the name Iddi Manyenze was requested to urinate but could not release even a drop even after consuming several glasses of water to aid the process.
“I had qualified but the doctors needed my urine test. There was not even a drop coming out, so I was automatically eliminated,” he stated.

Mr Manyenze was among the over 400 youth who turned up for the exercise in Kwale High School but left disappointment.
“I am very discouraged because I thought I would get the job,” Iddi said.
Lietenant Joseph Koskei alluded the problem to anxiety or excitement but the young man insisted that he was relaxed.
Manyenze offered the officers his faeces to conduct the test but they refused, claiming they did not have time.
“I am a product of Kwale High School but my parents have not been able to take me to College. This is what pushed me to see whether I can qualify to serve my Country,” he retorted.
Manyenze said he would go home because it may not have been God's will for him to join the KDF despite his high hopes.
